Project Brief

We have developed interactive portal that will allow insurance companies to submit claims that needs to go to arbitration to get a resolution. Portal consists of a web-based, centralized database that will gather and store information that will assist in the speedy and comprehensive arbitration of claims. All users will provide direct input into the system and outputs (reports) will also be generated directly from the system. Member companies who require arbitration service will provide input (i.e., claims files) and the system will grant authorized users (arbitrators) access to these files after the arbitrators have been confirmed and dates for arbitration agreed.
